Nest: Three-Day Wilderness Retreat

Reset and relax at this immersive wilderness retreat. This retreat includes 24 hours of supported solitude in which you can explore nature meaningfully to develop a deeper relationship with yourself. Develop the skills you need to peacefully and successfully sleep, eat, and rest outdoors on this retreat. Along the trail and in the woods, you will be able to pause, breathe, and rebuild an authentic connection with yourself.

Expedition Version:

• This is an all-in-one Nest. One expedition, one trip, all included. This Expedition Version combines all of your wilderness learning, plus a community camp night, and rolls it into the beginning of this trip.

Dates:

• Sept. 28 - 30 at Narrow Lake, AB

• Graduation Party in Edmonton post-trip (date TBA)

Included in your fee:

• Jam-packed Backcountry Skills and Eco-therapy workshops on Day 1

• 2 nights, with Conservation Site fees covered

• 2 highly trained wilderness guides and eco-therapy facilitators

• Access to borrowed gear and clothing

You can expect:

• To have ample introvert-friendly community time

• To learn basic outdoor and backcountry skills

• To experience sustained solitude in nature

• To return home feeling recharged and closer to yourself

Need to bring:

• All items on the pack list - bought or borrowed

• Weather-appropriate clothing (we will teach you what to bring)

• 2 simple meals that can be eaten cold

• Transportation to and from the retreat, 2 hours away
